Where pets are allowed

Pets are allowed in guest rooms and the lobby. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pools and are not allowed to swim in the pools.

Allowed pets and requirements

Only cats and dogs are allowed. Please bring a medical certification showing your pet’s vaccinations are up to date.

Rules on property

Pets must always be on a leash within the hotel premises. Please keep an eye on your pet at all times. You are responsible for your pet’s food, grooming, and behaviour. The resort is not liable for harm caused by your pet towards guests or employees.

What to bring

Please bring the essentials for your pet:

• Food and water

• Eating and drinking bowls

• Poop scooper, litter box, and plastic bags

• Extra leash and collar

• Treats and toys

• First aid supplies (bandages, ointment, medications, and similar items)

Pet carrier or cage requirements

Your pet carrier or cage must be big enough for your pet to stand up, turn around, and lie down. It should be equipped with handles or grips for easy movement, familiar to your pet, and labelled with your name and contact information. It must be well-ventilated and free of sharp or protruding surfaces inside.
